It is a solid house with a very beautiful architecture and its environment is very relaxing.

Pahlavan Razzaz, the then owner, was a renowned hero of the Qajar and Pahlavi eras, who was respectable to the people of the time.

This house is composed of different parts, including the royal residence, kitchen, pool house, rooms, traditional bathroom and a wind catcher.
